Centennial is Metro Denver's newest city, which was established in 2001 and located 14 miles southeast of central Denver. At the time it was the largest incorporation in US history, as it incorporated over 100,000 residents. The city is home to over 500 acres of parks and over 800 acres of additional open space. It is also home to several shopping districts such as The Streets of Southglenn, the Centennial Promenade and home is to the new IKEA Centennial.
Residents of Centennial enjoy living in a clean enviroment, with a low crime rate and with several excellent school districts in the area, all which make Centennial an ideal place to call home.
